Employee Engagement

In 2013 the University of Minnesota conducted its new employee engagement survey, called E2. The survey was administered by a company called the Hay Group and it gave employees an opportunity to provide anonymous feedback about working at the University. The survey will be conducted annually to help track engagement of the University workforce and identify areas for improvement.
