As part of Facilities Management’s ongoing effort to deliver high quality service, we annually survey University employees regarding campus condition, satisfaction with our services, and our work order process and performance. Our goal is to deliver timely, quality, and cost effective services in order to support the endeavors of the University community.

The survey is administered by Sightlines, a third-party organization that provides facilities benchmarking and assessment services to colleges and universities.
