What We Do

The Business and Application Support (BAS) team incorporates skills from both Business Analysis and System Analysis. We use our knowledge of software applications and data to help our customers address changes through technology.

We work with our customers to:
  • understand their business needs
  • create business case
  • define requirements
  • offer insight into solutions using information technology

We also take pride in focusing on helping our customers use and understand our organization's applications. We are user application experience advocates.
