Do It Yourself Wellness
The August 31 deadline for the wellness health incentive is fast approaching. Please login to your Stay Well portal to ensure that all of your points have been accounted for over the last year. If you are missing anything, please write email@example.com before August 19.
If you need an extra 50 points, there is an option to report an activity of your own. Anything health/wellness related that you have accomplished can count. It can be a regular activity at home or work--weeding a garden, walking a dog, cleaning the house or classrooms, walking with friends around a lake, exercising at home. Participating in a 5k race or taking yoga classes outside of work also count.
To participate, select the Programs and Progress tab after you log into StayWell. Scroll down until you find the final section of the page entitled Self-Reported Wellness Activity. From the list of options, select the activity you completed and enter the date using the mini-calendar.
Whatever you’re doing to keep healthy and keep moving, make sure you’re recording your points. Have a great week and stay cool.
